Another of the small things that will get changed in my game (by adding a Close Range level, 1/4 of the max range, where the penalty to hit is 5 lower than for short range. Makes it a little easier). Besides the latest idea isn't to have a 1 in 10 chance each time you fire, but to have the GM able to spend a Drama Die to have it happen to a PC or a PC able t spend a Drama Die to have it happen to an NPC.
