They don't say.  But I made the following calculation.  A decently drilled 
musket man can fire 3 times in 1 minute.  Given that this is for flintlocks 
and we are probably talking wheel or match locks in 7thSea, call it 1 shot 
per minute.  It takes 30 actions to reload (24 with a reload skill of 3).  So 
each action must thust be between 2 and 2.5 seconds long.  So I'd estimate a 
round at 4-8 seconds.  5 being a nice round figure to call it.
