The Huntsmen: Borrowed from Lloydd Alexander's Prydain novels, and best suited to a mystical encounter in Avalon, these Brutes are servants of Arrawn the death lord. Each squad is bonded together in an ancient blood right. As each member is killed, his strength flows into his brothers. All 6 start as Threat 1 Brutes. When 1 is killed the rest become Threat 2 Brutes. When the next is killed, the rest become Threat 3 Brutes, and so on until the last is a Threat 6 Brute…TN 35, 6 kept dice. Huntsmen always roll at least their threat level in dice regardless of how many are attacking at once. To be dealt with characters will either need to kill them all simultaneously, or incapacitate them without killing them. Huntsmen who have been crippled will typically take their own life to add their strength to their brethren. Anyway, I think they might work pretty well as a pseudo-celtic kind of mystical Sidhe related encounter.
